mount and blade warband level up troops cheat

I tried poking around in the cheatmenu but couldn't find anything relevant.

How can I either a) reclaim the castle, get my troops back, and re-award it to Emir Muhnir (orrrrrr maybe keep it myself), or b) just add the troops to my party? Mercifully, I wrote the exact troop types and quantities down so I don't have to guess if I take the second option. Mount & Blade Warband cheat world: to begin your training use the WASD keys to walk to the position indicated by the pointers arrow.
